Need help with PDLs in Iowa

I live in Iowa and have a multitude of PDLs and cannot go on paying like this. I am going to my bank tomorrow to take care of putting the blocks on my account and will be sending out ACH/Wage revocations tomorrow as well (AFTER the bank). Here is a listing of what I currently have outstanding:
INTERNET:
Huskhawk - Borrowed $300, paid back $150, have paid $540 in interest
Zip19 - Borrowed $900, $0 paid - the $900 plus $179.82 int is due 4/30
Summit - Borrowed $300, paid back $150, have paid $540 in interest
AAA Payday Cash - Borrowed $400, $100 paid in interest
Impact Cash - Borrowed $350, paid back $50, paid $750 in interest
StarCashProcessing - Borrowed $350, paid back $50, paid $525 in interest
Vince (Enterprises??) - Borrowed $300, have paid $900 in interest
PDL Ventures (PDL Yes) - Borrowed $300, have paid $180 in interest
STOREFRONT:
Advance America - Borrowed $445; $500 due 4/30
Hometown Cash Advance - Borrowed $445; $500 due 4/30
Iowa Payday Loans - Borrowed $445; $500 due 5/5
Am just looking for validation as to what all I really need to do & if these internet companies are illegal in Iowa, that I only need to pay the principal amount back. What an awful cycle and practice this is.....the more I thought I could handle it, the worse off I got. Time to get my $ paid on my bills !!
