I have several store front PDL's n California. I am renewing ever 2 weeks because I can not pay them off. How hard is it to get them to do a EPP. I wish to set one up at a time. any advise would be great.

Here are the companies:
Checkintocash
Advance America
Money Mart
California Budget
Thank you

If your lenders are members of CFSA, they are required to offer you extended payment plan (EPP) to help you pay them off.

If your storefronts don't agree to set up EPP even when they are a member of CFSA, you may wish to file complaints against them with the CFSA by calling the number 888-572-9329 or else can also mail them @ cfsa[at]multistate.com
