Ma pay day loans

Hey all just made a dumb move and grabbed two loans to help with some family stuff and what not. Then i found this site. They were thru USFast Cash 300 390 back and Ameriloan 350 455 back prolly wont be able to pay in full for a few weeks. Would like to know what steps i can take so this doesnt get out of control and any help with Mass laws dealing with these companies before it gets outta control

I already called the girl who does my account at my bank she is going to do a few things one is another account. But should i leave the one open the loans r on so that at least they can take out their ha ha renewal fees until the loan is at least paid with the priniciple then slam the door shut on them while sending out all the paper work before hand.
