Does anyone have a template for a PIF request letter to a PDL company? I have sent the cease & desist letters to all of my PDL's but now they are offering me settlements (which are unacceptable because I overpaid them!). Thanks

Don't make it too complicated, make it short and concise. Demand

Don't make it too complicated, make it short and concise. Demand a refund, state the amount, and make it clear you have filed complaints and will not accept anything short of the amount they owe you.
