All of your lenders have been discussed several times in the past. So, you may care to look them up in the site to read more about them.

It seems that most of your lenders could be illegal in your state. But, you may still check up the state licensing database to confirm their status. Following is the link to AZ Financial Department.

Thinkcash is NOT a payday lender, they would not be required to follow the payday loan laws, unfortunately they are terrible to deal with, my suggestion is you get them paid off as soon as possible.

The rest of your lenders ARE NOT licensed to lend in your state, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with unlicensed lenders and CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT!

I got my first response from Eastside lenders since I sent them a ceast and desist letter heres what i recieved, any advice how to respond?
East Side Lenders is responding to your correspondence regarding the above-captioned account.

East Side Lenders, which is located in Delaware, is licensed by the State of Delaware to make small loans. All such loans are approved and funded in Delaware, with repayment to be made in Delaware. The East Side Lenders loan agreement and website contain all disclosures required by Delaware and federal law and make it clear that all transactions are governed by Delaware law. On the advice of counsel, East Side Lenders maintains that the choice of Delaware law as controlling in the loan documents would be upheld, as all of the significant contacts in the loan transaction occur in Delaware. The loan agreement is legal and enforceable. In responding to your correspondence, East Side Lenders notes and reserves all available legal and equitable objections to the points you have raised.

East Side Lenders provided this service as a convenience to you. We still consider your loan to be outstanding and are prepared to go to arbitration as provided for in the Loan Agreement between us. As an alternative, if you are experiencing financial hardship, we will be happy to speak to you about payment arrangements through which you can successfully meet your payment obligations. East Side Lenders will consider doing so because of our continuing commitment to servicing our customers and not because of a legal obligation to do so.

Should you have any further questions regarding this matter, if you wish to speak about payment arrangements, please contact us at (800) 689-5603.

Sincerely,

Customer Service

I had sent a letter to magnum and advise them that I had over paid thru previous loans and got this response just now, I am feeling better on this.

Upon further review by management, it has been determined that we are willing to work closely with you, to resolve the outstanding balance. Even though the lender still does not agree with your assessment that this loan is illegal, they are willing to come to a suitable settlement for all parties involved. I have the authority to settle this account for the amount received, in exchange for you not to pursue any further action or loans with us.

Your account with Magnum Cash Advance is now settled in full. Your account will be removed from our internal collections department and no further ACH debit will be extracted from your bank account. Please contact our office if you have any further questions.

Sincerely,

Tony Collazo

I received this one response from paycheck today. I borrowed $400.00 and have paid $360.00 to date in rollover fees.

We are a Canadian Tribal Entity and have sovereignty regarding any state regulatory financial codes. Apparently, you are dissatisfied with the service we provided. If you???d like to settle your $520 outstanding balance we can make a one time offer of $200 paid prior to 5/14/10 and close out the account. Please advise before 2pm EST 5/7

Mike

well since you are not canadian,or a member of their bogus tribe.then you owe them 40.00.nothing more.send that as a response.the only thing they can attempt is a wage assignment.get a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter to your HR or payroll person.then file AG,and FTC complaints.paycheck today is a bottomfeeder that can't do a thing once you revoke any wage assignments.again, you owe them 40.00.nothing more.
