You are blowing steam up the wrong pipe...this is a forum on getting out of debt, not your payday lender. I suggest you call them directly.

Stop payments is a very temporary solution to this problem. If they want to take out money from your account every month, you have to put a stop payment every month and then your bank charges you stop payment fees every month. Rather than doing that, closing that particular checking account would be a permanent and the best solution for your problem. That way you kill the Snake as well as save the stick!! Also try contacting them and ask them why and for what debt are they still taking out money from your bank account. If they claim they have a debt outstanding, you can send them a Debt Validation letter asking them to validate the debt they claim to have against you. I hope this works out.
