i have one payday loan with speedy cash by internet and 1 by checkngo storefront i also have a shorterm loan internet however non of these are willing to work with me on making small payments to payback, i am getting harrassed by phone as well as my boss too ,and am being told that i am going to be arrested for this..today i got home and i had a white car with mixed match rims and white dice in the window parked a few houses down ,i had to leave for a meeting so he went down the street and turned around and i went down the street infront of my house i then see him look into the window of my garage ...can these payday loan companies hire P.I. ?i have checked all the counties near me and i have no warrants ...i was very uncomfortable with someone snooping around my house .

Ya know, I really am concerned about the fact that the lenders who are licensed are making scare threats, this REALLY needs to be reported to your attorney general's office and your state regulator.
