In Texas, are Cash Call, CashNetUsa, and Check-n-Go legal?

Cash Call and CashNetUsa are NOT payday lenders! They are CSO's
Cash Call and CashNetUsa are NOT payday lenders! They are CSO's (Credit Service Organizations) and are only required to register with the secretary of state, their fees are NOT regulated, unfortunately. Check n Go is a legal payday lender.

Hi, to my understanding I think most of the online payday loan companies are not legal in Texas. However like shazzers said that all the payday loan companies are not payday lenders I agree with him. So borrow what you can pay back comfortably.

This is incorrect! Internet payday lenders are required to be licensed in TX in order to lend to their state residents, there is a large number of licensed payday lenders in the state of TX.
