BofA is one of the most difficult banks to work with. You need to speak with the branch manager. It's likely no one else will be willing or able to help you in the way that you need.
Are these PDLs that are debiting your account? Are they legal lenders? If so, you need to revoke ACH authorization with both them AND your bank. You will HAVE to close your account. It will never be safe again. And your bank SHOULD refund those OD charges, since they were due to fraudulent withdrawals.
Can you give us more info, please?

HUH?? Like illegal pay day lenders are NOT going to stop debiting an account. Even legal ones are hard to impossible ones to stop.

It isn't going to happen. Unlicensed lenders didn't follow the law to begin with or they would have obtained the proper licensing, and they wouldn't have charged interest and fees that were NOT permitted by the law.

I found out that one of them is a CSO, and the other 4 are not legal lenders.

Ok, then follow the advice in Shazz's "how to deal with illegal lenders" thread for the 4. For the CSO, I would suggest you simply call them and explain your situation. Ask them for a payment plan that you can afford and tell them you will make payments either via money order (which they won't like) or with a pre-paid credit card. Do NOT tell them you're opening a new account. Simply tell them your account was closed by the bank so you need to make alternate payment arrangements.
