missouri

i finally had it with my pdl so i went to one that they threatened to deposit the check into my acct that had no money (if i had the money i would of paid them off ) quik cash would not wait till friday to make my paymnet so that deposit would of cause major problems so i went to the bank and was honest with them explained the pdl hell i was in well they suggested to close acct and open new one they will not link acct together and also in the state of missouri you only get in trouble if you close acct before the dates on the checks or stop payment well all the checks dated 5.07.10 thank you all for all the help now i can go every pay check and pay one off if it wasn't for you guys i would of never learned the laws in my state :p:p:p
