I am in need of a physical address or fax number for pdlnow.com, I have paid them 450.0 on a 200.00 loan, have no contract either, they are calling my cell phone and even some people from Califonia are calling me at work. I need to send them a C& D letter to stop this. Anyone have any luck getting hold of them?

The original creditor does not legally have to abide by a cease and desist contact request, that only applies to a thrid party collector. They are not licensed to lend in the state of Ca., so unfortunately, no matter what you say to them they will not abide by your wishes. I'm sorry to tell you that, but unlicensed lenders didn't follow the law to begin with, so they aren't about to follow a request to stop contacting them.
