Well, you may think they would want to work with you, but the fact remains that they are NOT licensed lenders, they aren't about negotiating with the customer, they are about MONEY, as MUCH as they can get. Don't talk to them on the phone, period, because all they will do is threaten you with everything from jail to revoking your drivers license. Hang up on them as soon as you are aware of who they are, only negotiate via email, and never let them have the upper hand by responding to emails that are sent with false claims. Just simply email them back with; "my state law prevails, no address means NO payments". That is all they need to know, if they refuse to give you a valid address, then it's their problem and not yours.
