I have currently 2 payday loans out , they are coming into my account every month.
If I were to put a Deposit Only on my account , How long would that have to last for or do the PDL companies just keep coming under differenet names and keep trying?
Is it possible to do with Bank Of America?
I have tryed to speak to both PDL companies and am not getting anywhere with them.

The payday lenders would not be able to keep trying to debit your account under different names. You can get the debits stopped, but I highly recommend that if you have the payday lenders stop automatically debit your account, you continue to make the payments unless they are not licensed in your state and you have repaid the principal.

I doubt if there are any store front payday loans in your state since ALL payday loans are prohibited, most likely there may be credit service organizations though, they are different than payday lenders.

BOofA are a pain in the butt, did you speak to the branch manager, no one else will do, only the branch manager is able to put a hard debit block on your account, and YES, they CAN do it. Contact their corporate office, this bank sucks and I would not recommend them to ANYone, I have had my share of problems with them also, you REALLY should speak to the branch manager and explain your situation.
