Bank would not close my account

My account is drawn $150 negative because of fraudulent payday activities. My bank, however, wouldn't let close my account till I don't pay the negative amount and also threatening me to report to Chexsystem. What do I do? Would I be able to get another bank account if I am reported to Chexsystem?
Talk to the branch manager and ask that they place a hard debit
Talk to the branch manager and ask that they place a hard debit block on that account. I would suggest you go and get another account now, meanwhile you can work on clearing up your current one.
