This is Edward Badman and I have just two questions. First of all you said you have two loans through business establishments, are they both payday loan business places? If so most places like that will not let you have two payday loans out through separate payday loan companies. It's always been that way in every state I have been to and I've been all over the USA except for about four states. I am medically retired from the military and I have been doing business with them for a while and like I said that if you have more than one payday loan out with another company you are suppose to let them know when you apply for a loan. That's the way it is for all companies like that. So be cool and try to get it sorted out, because all companies like that will ask you if you have another loan out before the get go, discount advance does.
Best of luck,
Edward Badman

Ed, I'm not sure to whom you were trying to respond, but you started a new thread instead. FYI - the majority of PDLs do NOT follow the laws regarding multiple loans. And, the illegal ones aren't even following the law to begin with so, they certainly won't care if you have more than one PDL at a time.
