You need to contact the lender in person for EPP before defaulting on the loan.

EPP works only for the storefront lenders, who are members of CFSA.

Once you default on your payday loan, the pdl lender can initiate collection activities against you and may even sue you to recover the debt, as storefront lenders are often legal in their operation.

Im 2 weeks late already! Was to scared n embrass to talk to them. So what can i do now ? I have no intention of defaulting my loans. I been a good costumer for 2 years now. Just have financial difficulty.
