Is there anyone out there that can help me figure out the best way to get rid of these payday loan companies.#1 I live in Charlotte,NC #2 I have payday loans from these companies:1.Southern Financial Services borrowed $400.00-Paid 942.50
2.Nationwide Cash borrowed $500.00-Paid 500.00
3.First Bank Of Delaware borrowed $600.00-Paid 493.75
4.international Equity Group-Paradisecashadvance.com borrowed $400.Paid 400.00
5.National Group borrowed $200.00 owe $260.00
I am Not going to become homeless trying to pay these companies back I am willing to pay pay somthing every 2 weeks but the fees have got to stop. I have stop my direct deposit i have to pay my rent and also I am thinkin about closing checking account at BOA. Also i was told that if you are married and both are on the account they should have made us both sign is that true? Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do. I don't want to sell my car but I may have no choice but it is going to hurt if i have to it is going to make me feel like a failure. Someone please help?

Oh wait, First Bank of DE is not a payday loan, therefore, they aren't required to follow your payday loan laws, ask if they will put you on an extended payment plan, explain that you closed your account and will now only be able to make payments via the mail with money orders.
