I have 3 online payday loans that I have recently recieved. I live in Arkansas. The first is through United Cash Loans for $300 ( i have avoided paying yet), the second is Ameriloan for $300 ( I have avioded paying ), the third is QXL Online for $200 ( I have paid $156). How do I get rid of these? I have been trying to transfer my money to a different account before they withdrawal.

I have started the process of fighting back against these illegal online payday loan companies. I have frozen my account, and this afternoon will be closing it. I cannot express enough the relief I felt when I had seen all of the people that had the same situation. This website truly helps those who are stressed out by this. I appreciate all the info and help. I will definately post here so that I may help others in the future who will get caught up by these online payday loans. Thanks again!!!

Although you definately need to close your account and get a new one, which it sounds like you are in the process of, we advocate on this website paying back what was put in your account--so if you had $300 deposited into your account, you need to develop an affordable payment plan of $300 to the PDL. They will try and stick you with outrageous fees which you do not have to consider and will also try and get your new account number which you should never give them, but as a matter of principle, if you took and spent money from them, pay back ONLY what you got.

I don't think QXL online is the actual payday lender, they are just a company that takes applications and locates a lender. I looked at their website and this is what is says:
QXL Online does not solicit customers directly nor does this website take direct applications. All applicants are received through affiliates, reviewed and offered a loan subject to contract and final underwriting approval.
There are several different payday lenders they use, fastcash, fastcashinhour, etc.

Online payday lenders DO NOT have to abide by each states specific law...you can locate that anywhere. The only payday lenders who have to abide by the local laws are the actual brick and mortar ( actual stores) who have to go by state laws.there are A LOT of PDL lenders that are scammers and will try and just price gouge you. for the most part, as long as you pay your borrowed amt and ONE interest payment all at one time you will avoid being charged over and over for interest. You need to understand this is a PAY DAY loan. meaning just that...you are to pay it all back on your next payday. this is to get you by til then, NOT a long term loan. you need to take other means of getting a loan if you want it to be a long term installment loan...IE a BANKING institution. I work for a lender and i very much agree the fees are INSANE every pay period, but you have to understand that its not a conventional loan. its just simply isnt. If you cannot afford to pay it all off DO NOT GET THE LOAN. just for your safety and security of your money and to keep yourself from getting worse off. You guys really need to do more investigation into these loans and read the terms VERY carefully before you commit yourself to anything financially. especially if you're already in a bad spot. Payday loans are not for the long term use, plain and simple.

That is actually incorrect. They do the financing themselves...Their name always comes up on my online banking as QXL. Having same problems with Kingston Financial....beware of them too.

You need to go to qxlonline.com or call 1-866-507-6911.
Be persistant, you have to leave a message.
You should be able to get into your account online with your email and a password you set up when you took the loan.
You have to push them hard to return your calls or they will keep taking that payment out of your account till the end of time.
Good luck!

If by chance you do log in, I would also take a screen shot of your transactions for future reference.
