could someone tell me if cash net usa is a leagal lender in minnesota...I have had many threatening calls from a company working for them, that says that are going to charge me criminally. I had taken a 500 dollar loan out, and paid 50 and then had a spiral of events that lead me to default. I want to work with them, but they are unwilling to take money orders in the form of payment, and when I say"I can pay 20 dollars" they are unwilling to accept that. what do I do, they are making my life miserable and I feel out of conrol....becasue I can only do what I can do.

Cashnetusa isn't licensed as a payday lender, but it's possible they may have registered with the secretary of state to extend small loans to residents of your state, though I doubt it. I am going to give you a few links, you can do some research on this lender yourself.

You should also contact CashNetUSA, if you owe them. They do accept Moneygram, that is how I have paid them. I also had a company call me stating that they were working for CashNetUSA, but when I called CashNetUSA I found out that the company calling me were not working for them at all. The were just conartists. Don't give this company a dime. Demand to work with CashNetUSA and call them for sure. They were willing to work with me and they will give you a repayment plan. They do NOT demand to debit a bank account, as they do accept MoneyGram. I am willing to be someone is trying to scam you.
