Payday Loan Call..

I got a call today from 9192497720 that i owe $420 payday loan. They threaten me that they gonna arrest me, file lawsuit. Amazingly they have all of my Bank Information, SSN, House No and all that. But they never told me who is the creditor, at what date the amount was transferred to my account. They told me i had this loan since last year. I went through my bank Documents and i couldn't find any payday loan i got deposit from. I do have some other loans but all were paid off right on time.I call them , they told me they are from Department of Crime Prevention, their hours are 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST. I asked them let me investigate on my end and give them a call back tomorrow.
I don't think i owe anything to these guys, it is Fraud for sure, but not sure how to get rid of them.

If you have ever obtained a loan from the Internet then what's happened is, they have shared your personal information with other lenders. You can't go to jail for owing a debt, so obviously whoever called you are making bogus threats. File complaints with the FTC, BBB and your attorney general's office.
What were the names of the previous lenders, and what state are you in?
