Are the post-dated checks you write for payday loans considered hot or bad check writing in the state of Texas?

If you have closed your account and still have checks out for the store front payday lenders, you need to follow my instructions I gave you on your other thread. As long as you remain proactive and intend to pay these lenders the money owed, they will work with you. On the other hand, if you avoid them, by not answering their calls or make attempts to pay off this loan, then they can and will sue you.
