Like I mentioned above, I live in Idaho. I am in so deeply with Payday loans that I do not see a way out. I am desperate and embarrassed. I have no one to ask for help, and to make it worse, I am married and my husband has no idea whatsoever what a mess I am in.

All loans are current, All are in my name only. All are due on the 1st of July to pay in full or renew. All are internet loans. All come out of a bank account that is in my name only.

CashNetUSA.com owe $790, Original amount borrowed $1000, paid $625.

CashCentral.com owe $875, Original amount borrowed $700, paid $175

SpeedyCash.com owe 625, original amt borrowed $500, paid $0

Discountadvances.com owe $688, oab $800, paid $534

instantcashusa.com owe $325, oab $400, paid $535

FBDloans owe $425, oab $500, paid $476

Thecashspot.com owe $875, oab $700, paid 350

mycashnow.com owe $592.74, oab $440, paid $0

mychecktoday.com owe $390, oab $300, paid $180

onclickcash.com owe $650, oab $500, paid $150

Unitedcashloans.com owe $585, oab $500, paid $335

Paydayone.com owe $490, oab $500, paid $404

mypaydayloan.com owe $875, oab $700, paid $300

wow, really embarrassing. You can see I have a real mess. I'm afraid of what I need to do and I really can't have these people coming after me at work or home. What can I do?

Hi, I will do some research and get back with you, most of these lenders are not licensed to lend in your state, but I need to research this before I make that determination, meanwhile, read the following threat, it will help you proceed with dealing with the ones that are illegal. Cashnetusa is your only legal lender, they offer an extended payment plan, but you have to ask for it, they won't just tell you about it.

Paydayone is questionable, they are usually licensed in most states, but they aren't coming up as a licensed payday lender in your state, so, they may be registered as a credit service organization, which would explain why they aren't showing up as a licensed payday lender. I would look over their contract they sent you via email, if it says they provided you a payday loan, then it isn't a valid loan, if it states an installment loan or small loan they are legal.

NONE of your other lenders are legal! You need to CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT ASAP!

With as many unlicensed lenders as you have, there is no other option but to close that account, it will never be safe again! Even if you were to pay off every loan, these unlicensed lenders would still take more money from you, repeatedly, a month, 6 months, or even a year could go by and they would AGAIN debt your account, understand that it won't be safe again! It is really hard for me to fathom that I can just "not" pay these people. I did borrow the money from them. Can someone help me get my mind-set right? I have always paid my debt, and its hard for me to wrap my mind around this. I can see not paying anymore on the ones that I've renewed over and over, but if I haven't even paid anything back yet? How is that right?

They have already tried to rob you blind. Good luck and Keep your head up. These people are down right nasty sometimes. Use this site, the people on here know what they are talking about and thanks to them I have gotten out of a situation similar to you. If your husband don't know about these and you have given them your home number, he will be probably finding out soon, they will be calling as soon as one payment becomes past due and some will probably keep calling harrassing you for money. Best wishes.

Most likely, just let everyone know you are a victim of fraud and are in the process of TRYING to take care of it, let them know you have filed complaints with your AG, BBB and the FTC, ask that they be patient and not give ANY information about you.

Beanerje - it will be ok. We have all been in a place where you are coming from now. Change your home number or talk to your husband to make that part of the situation a little less stressful. The calls to work WILL come. But - I took the advice of this forum and told my co-workers I had been the victim of fraud. NOW they are in a position to protect me if someone calls. I had one co-worker yelling at a lender last week. You will get through. Tell your references the same, that you are a victim of fraud. The calls to them stop quicker than the calls to your work and home.

Hez it sounds like you are just going through this same thing now? Is that true? How long has it been that you have had the creditors calling you? do you have a link to a thread where you were making these same pleas as I am? Let me know, I'd love to follow along with your situation. Thanks!
