a couple of points.
1)all pdl's are prohibited in NC making this an illegal debt.
2)NC is a non-garnishment state.meaning even with a judgement they can't garnish.unless it's for tax debt,student loans,or child support.a pdl does not qualify here.
in short file AG complaints against both illegal parties.then file a police report for the call as that is harrassment.then ignore their sorry a$$e$.

Pay Day Loan Yes - First Financial
Good Luck with these people. They have called me at work, sworn at me, screamed at me, threatened me with legal action and even spoke to my boss about the payday loan. They won't go away. Luckily at work I answer the phone and I just tell them I am not here. I have complained to the FTC, BBB, and the CT Dept. of Banking but they don't care. Don't argue with them - that gets them excited. Since I have been saying I am not here (at work) they are down to calling once a day. Don't let them intimadate you - that's what they want to do.
