Are internet loans illegal in florida?

No, not all are illegal, some are licensed, some are registered as CSO's (Credit Service Organization). CSO aren't required to follow the payday loan laws and are usually perfectly legal in what they charge, their fees and interest rates aren't regulated, licensed payday loan companies are regulated. If you provide more info, we will try to help you:-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.

I reside in florida....they are all internet pdl....arrowhead investment $300- went to a collection agency, united cash loan $150, ameriloan $150, drj group $200- went to a collection agency, miy direct $200-went to collection agency.
I know for arrowhead, united, and ameriloan i paid alot in interest for at least 4 months.

NONE of the lenders you mentioned are licensed to lend in FL. I wouldn't worry to much about a collection agency trying to collect on an illegal debt, just tell them it's an illegal debt. File complaints against all these lenders for issuing payday loans in your state without obtaining a license first. CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, it will never be safe again!

Ok...thank you....i have been getting so many call from different collection agency. Have you ever heard of us credit agency? They have been calling for about a month threating me re: Check fraud and that they were sending my file to my district attorney in my state and i will have to pay so much money in court. I have asked them to send me a letter and they did it took them awhile, but it just looks like someone just typed it up. Also, have you heard of lombardo,goldman, and davis law firm?
I know i am not alone in this pdl debt, but it is a scary thing when they call and keep threaten you.

I know you said that the loans that i got on the internet are illegal, where do you go to look that info up at?
