Hello,

I am struggling with trying to pay off the 4 loans. How can I tell if the lenders below are legal in my state? If they are illegal, what should I do?

Magnum - Amt Borrowed:839 Amt Paid:481.91 Balance Due:870.09
Sign my Loan - Amt Borrowed: 275 Amt Paid: 250.50 Balance Due:275
Pack Mgmt - Amt Borrowed: 300 Amt Paid:270 Balance Due:300
SSM group - Amt Borrowed:300 Amt Paid:720 Balance Due:300

These are all internet lenders. I have one store front lender that I have to payoff every two weeks but I always end up going back because I need to money to pay other bills. I would like to get a loansto consolidate but I have bad credit.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

One more question. From what I understand once I have paid the back the amount I have borrowed I can ask for an ACH block on my account instead of closing it (I need some time to change my direct deposit to another bank). Can the bank block all ACH's or just the companies that I provide?

In Iowa internet payday lenders are not legal, either because of restrictive laws, or because the state does not license companies not located in that state, but requires a state issued license to lend.My advise to you is to close your account, it will never be safe again, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
