List of Payday loans:
1)PayDay One, Internet, Borrowed $400. Owe $470.56. Had paid off and then got renewed. Returned NSF. Making no payments.
2)CashNetUSA, Internet, Borrowed $500, paid $162.00, owe (in fact debted $562.00 today will be returned and cost me $28.75 everytime they try to run through account)
3)SpeedyCash, INternet, Borrowed $355.00, paid $244, owe $421.56 on June 28.
4)BNT, StoreFront, Borrowed $200, owe $260.00, paid nothing.
5)QuickClick Loans, Internet, Borrowed $1500 in July 09, paying $128.02 a month for a total 36 months, Missed this last month. will end up paying back $4608.72
6) FBDLoans, Internet, Borrowed $700, paid $223.29, owe $223 a month for 6 months. Due June 30.
7) World Finance, Store, Borrowed $500, paid $100, behind $225.00 (last month and this month)
8) Security Finance, Store, Borrowed $250, paid $130, 6 payments of $65.00, behind $130
9) Payroll Advance, Store, Currently being sued in Court regarding this account from 2006 for $260.00, now with court costs, atty fees, etc. well over $500. Set for trial on June 28.
Please advise how I should proceed. I will continue to read the forums and get informed and hope to see an end........

FBDLoans - Not showing as a legal payday lender, however, make sure you find out whether they are a small loan lender, for if they are, they aren't required to be licensed by your state as a payday lender.
