Been reading on the forums and getting some answers but still not completely sure where to start. In a terrible mess with Internet and bank account seriously in negative, continually gets charges. I am going to call my bank after I post about closing and re-open a new account. Then what should or how should I proceed on these accounts. Desperatley need help. Fixing to get kicked out of rental house and single mother of three in Missouri. Ex never pays child support and went to this easy to get but can't get out of payday loans or don't know how to get out. Signed up here and received a call from a Oak View Law Group but couldn't understand the guy talking to me so replied to his email. But his email to me was paying a few to start debt consolidation. Anyway, Here is the list of by troubles.

2)CashNetUSA, Internet, Borrowed $500, paid $162.00, owe (in fact debted $562.00 today will be returned and cost me $28.75 everytime they try to run through account)
3)SpeedyCash, INternet, Borrowed $355.00, paid $244, owe $421.56 on June 28.
4)BNT, StoreFront, Borrowed $200, owe $260.00, paid nothing.
5)QuickClick Loans, Internet, Borrowed $1500 in July 09, paying $128.02 a month for a total 36 months, Missed this last month. will end up paying back $4608.72
6) FBDLoans, Internet, Borrowed $700, paid $223.29, owe $223 a month for 6 months. Due June 30.
7) World Finance, Store, Borrowed $500, paid $100, behind $225.00 (last month and this month)
8) Security Finance, Store, Borrowed $250, paid $130, 6 payments of $65.00, behind $130
9) Payroll Advance, Store, Currently being sued in Court regarding this account from 2006 for $260.00, now with court costs, atty fees, etc. well over $500. Set for trial on June 28.

Please advise how I should proceed. I will continue to read the forums and get informed and hope to see an end........

You need to ask these store front lenders if they offer an extended payment plan.
