1. Magnum Cash Advance: $532.67 to pay off
2. Nationwide Cash: $400.00 / owe $520.00
3. Star Cash Processing $400.00 / owe $520.00
4. SSM Group $400.00 / owe $130.00
All of these renew every payperiod unless I can pay off the whole amount. I am trying to get out of this debt and not return to it ever. I find myself not being able to pay my bills because they are taking out a combined amount of $437.00 every 2 weeks. What can I do so that I can get out of paying all those fees every 2 weeks. I would like to be able to just pay what I received.
Can anyone help?
Amanda

NONE of the above lenders are licensed to lend in your state, you need to close your account because it will never be safe again. After your account is closed, you can then make payment arrangements with these lenders, but all you would owe them is the principal amount, less any payments you have already made, and less interest and fees. We have received and reviewed your correspondence regarding your complaint with SSM Group, LLC.
While the information that you have collected may apply to companies that have physical locations in your state, it is our opinion that it does not apply to our internet business model. This is based on sound advice from our legal department.
The money was lent to you in good faith with the understanding that you would abide by the terms detailed in your loan contract. We upheld our end of the agreement by crediting the funds to your account in a timely manner. The Loan Note and Disclosure that you e-signed and thereby agreed to is very detailed and clear so as not to cause any confusion to the borrower, and meets all the Truth-In-Lending and Reg Z requirements as prescribed by Federal statute.
Upon review of your account history, you clearly knew all terms and conditions of your loan. We have all the legal contracts you signed, in which you agreed to terms and conditions of the loan.
In the interest of compromise, your account has been marked as ???Paid in Full??? and there will be no further attempts to collect on this account. There will be no refund on your account and no further loans will be offered to you.
Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
Respectfully,
Compliance Department

Tell them they are full of crap! They are lying through their teeth about everything they are telling you! They MIGHT be licensed in Delaware but that doesn't affect you because your state requires that they be licensed in FL, therefore, I would tell them to go for it but to leave you the hell alone until they act upon their threats!
I am dealing with Nationwide Cash right now too. They are insane
I am dealing with Nationwide Cash right now too. They are insane. Do not pay them anything and file a complaint with EVERY thing you can on them. Especially the Delaware Office Of The State Bank Commissioner. They MAKE Nationwide Cash respond to you.
