I have a $190 Loan from Cash Cow in Louisiana. I had to provide a post dated check to take out the loan. I recently lost my job and now this loan in a week overdue. The lady that keeps calling me says she is going to go the sheriffs office, if I don't pay it. I don't know what to do. She knows my situation.

You really should call the corporate office and let them know that one of thier employees is making false threats, and also let the corporate office know that you are going to contact your attorney general's office and file complaints.
