Is there something that says they need to be able to supply you with your payments? I requested that they send me something that has my payments on it. The lady said I would be able to get it from my bank statement but that she could not supply that information to me.

If they aren't, don't count on them to help you in any way, illegal lenders didn't follow the law to begin with, and aren't about to start now, so finding a regulation or law that pertains to helping you in any way is useless with these people. I'm not trying to be a know it all, just letting you know. :)
