I took out a payday loan with 4money and more, I have emailed and called the number on the document I have. The number is no longer in service and the address is not valid. I called the number that was on the question I read about this money and more. I called and it is also no longer in service. I paid to a collection company called NAS for the 300.00 payday loan they said I owed. 1850.00 is what I paid. My daughter had to help me and I am paying her back now. They did not give me a recipt or have the name of the loan, only that it was a payday loan for 300.00. They are now calling again saying I owe 300.00 for a loan. I have taken out no more loans. I worked with the other loan companies and they all worked with me and I paid them all. They sent me a recipt to my email, no problem. What can I do, theyare scaring me.

By the way, under Section 808 Unfair Practices of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act under the Consumer Credit Protection Act, federal law prohibits a debt collector from collecting any amount (including any interest, fees, charge, or expense incidental to the principal obligation) unless such amount is expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or permitted by law.

If a debt collection agency owns your account, and you did not expressly enter an agreement to pay interest and fees to that collection agency, than they cannot charge you anymore than what the already existing balance is.

4money and more aren't even licensed in your state, see the link below:
http://finance.mo.gov/licenseesearch/index.php?formPost=1&xpt=0&license_num=&name=4money+and+more&city=&zip=&type_code=&B1=Submit
As I said, you are entitled to a HUGE refund, but first you need to file those complaints against 4money and more, and NAS, we need to find out what NAS stands for so we can locate more information about them, this way when you file your complaints you can provide more details to the FTC, BBB and your attorney general's office. This is a travesty, and it angers me to no end, I would like to see them give you the refund for which you are entitled. I can't promise you that will happen, but it's worth pursuing.

Thank you I will do so, I do not want to go to jail or lose my job because of their threats.

You can't go to jail for owing a debt. Just explain to your employer that you are being scammed, but doing your best to revolve it, remember, you are the victim here, you can't control the phone calls, and your employer has to understand that but only if you explain.
