I am in Tennessee. Is this company licensed?

They offer an extended payment plan, but you need to ask for it, I would call them and let them know you are in financial straights and request an extended payment plan, because if you don't, they will eventually turn it over to collections.

Shazzers I am in this up to my neck. Recent developments. Would need to go private to go into detail. But I must default on this PayDay1One loan. My 3 others (2 banks) I will have to figure out how to pay. That leaves me with a small one I can eventually pay. When you said they would turn it over to collections, what does that involve?

1-A summons being served?
2-Going to court?
3-Reporting to the Credit Bureaus?

I only have SSI as my only source of income. I know they cannot garnish that.

I have basically posted this same question yesterday. It showed up and then disappeared. I did a longer post last week that said it needed to be approved? I never heard anything. I posted this same one this am under unregistered. Then I remembered we had talked as to whether PayDay1One was legal, which you researched and it was. I have closed my bank account (no INSF will be charged) and I have not updated with PayDay1One yet. I would appreciate any help.

Thanks
