Payday loan-jail time?

I Just recieved a phone call from this guy who said I need a lawyer I said for what he said b/c Instant Credit is to take me to court. He said I had a loan for 600.00 which i probably did I ask him for the company name any information so i can contact the company he said i was been charge for fraud, writing a bad check and something else.I don't write bad checks. And how is it fraud for not being able to pay the loan back. I don't know what to do i'm scared i have two kids at home and times are hard i live in washington DC he told me I should go down to the court to be finger printed and turn myself in. OMG Please help I can't get locked up who will watch my babies. What can I do? He also said they have been sending me emails nothing by mail. The man said the company has been sending emails..I havent received no emails he said i should checked my spam folder but i dont open My Spam folder why should I its SPAM..ANY HELP WHAT CAN I DO. I don't need an arrest warrant or going to jail :(

file a police report for the threat as this moron broke the law in saying you will be arrested.did the idiot give you his supposed company name.if not what number comes up on caller id?another thing file AG,and FTC complaints.to set your mind at ease again the loser can't and won't have you arrested for owing a debt.especially an online pdl.next file the report,and complaints the ignore his sorry a$$.once again this guy is a loser who has to threaten because he has no other way to extort money.also he has other issues that nobody can help with,but that's another story.

again an empty threat.what number comes up on caller id?if it comes up UNKNOWN or PRIVATE.then he truly is a scumbag scammer.ignore him.do not return his calls.you will see that he will repeat the same stupid threats,and you will wonder how someone can be that stupid.you will not be arrested or sued that quickly.these losers count on peoples fear,and not knowing their rights.

And sorry to be a pest should i go to the court tommorow just to make sure b/c he was recording me he said and he said it will be played tomorrow during the subpoena hearing.. I'm still a little scared i want to just pay .I will be so hurt if they subpoena me at work and he is calling my job.. I wish this will go away NO MORE PAYDAY LOANS...

I have one more question what about the criminal charges he said they will have against me i didnt commit fraud the money was not available when they tried to take it out. I didnt hand them check i did everything online. They even notified the bank that i had the account. So why criminal charges are you sure about this.. i'm really scared.

you can either go online,or call your court clerk to confirm there is nothing.this turd must bring any court action in your village,town,county,or bourough.you can go in person,but you see the key is you should have a case or docket number.another indication that this is a loser looking to scam you.he never gave you that so going to court is pointless.he can go away by simply hanging up on him.he is trash that has to lie to get money.again when he calls hang up as that is what he deserves.level with your boss and have them do the same.

raynell, dont pay them anything, these are illegals, from india or iraq or somewhere, if they have a heavy accent they are people who got all your info and are trying to get money, it a scam , fraud, THE FBI has been trying to catch these people, some people fell into their tra[ and are taking money out of their acct and when they call back, they are GONE.
DO NOT FALL FOR THESE PEOPLE.
YOU CANNOT GO TO JAIL OR EVEN BE THREATEN FOR OWING MONEY, KNOW THE LAWS, AMERICA DOESNT DO THIS. i cannot believe these people have all our info.
