payday loan guidance

I have 4 payday loans in Texas. I have already started the process to stop the cycle. I have already gotten a new account and am getting ready to contact the first company regarding settlement. May I have some guidance so I don't run into any legal issues?

Cash America Advance is licensed. Advance America Servicing of
Cash America Advance is licensed. Advance America Servicing of Texas is licensed. If these two companies are the same ones where you got your payday loans then the loans are legal. Ace Cash express is licensed. EZ Money is not.

Have you paid anything on these accounts? Are any of them Internet loans? Also, have you defaulted on any of these loans yet, because you are eligible for an extended payment plan on Cash America, Ace Cash Express and Advance America, read about the extended payment plan at the link below:

Im from Texas too and have 2 PDLs. If your loan lenders are part of the CFSA, ask for a Extended payment plan. They have to honor your request. Its in there guidelines. I actually talk to mine today and they are trying to work with me. GOOD LUCK
