I had closed a bank account that my payday loans were coming out of. Well the loan shop somehow got my credit union chekcing account number and took out 400.00. What can I do

Credit union said anything over 100.00 I have to file a police report. The loanshop is saying they did nothing wrong but here's the thing I only owe another $150.00 from loanshop they took out 400 and said they are taking another 485.00. is there anything I can do??

Payday loans are prohibited in your state, they are nothing more than thieves, you will need to close that account because it will never be safe again, it's hard to tell who has your personal account information now that two illegal lenders have access to it, the same thing will continue to happen as long as that account is opened.

OK MY bank is saying they can not do anything because they are a contract loan company. I closed my bank but I want my money back They took out double of what i owed. Never sent a valadation either.

Where in the world did they get the idea that the loanshop is a contract loan company? That's totally bogus. A "contract loan company" MUST be licensed and the loanshop is NOT be any means!
You would send a debt validation letter to the original creditor, that only applies to third party collectors.
