The first thing you need to do is to check whether they are legal or not.
Oddly, EZ Money and First Advance (if you don't mean First Cash Advance) do not seem to be licensed in Texas of the store front lenders.
Of the internet lenders, Star Cash Express is licensed in Texas and Sagamore is not.
Go to the EZ Money and First Advance locations you borrowed from and ask to see their lending licenses. If they refuse to show them or claim that they don't have to show them try and get something in writing about that. This will help you if they try and sue you for the money.
If the lender is not licensed in Texas then the loan is illegal and you only owe the principal. That will help you some.
For the rest you might want to consider a debt consolidation program, but that's up to you.
