Im in the state of Pennsylvania. Is this legal i understand its owed to them but why all this interest?? Why can't i just pay the principle or nothing at all!!!! HELP ME!!!!:(

Gii, payday lending is prohibited in your state. So, they payday lender won't be able to sue you. You can file a complaint against cash supply with the State Attorney General. You are required to pay back only the principal amount.

You can check out the payday loan laws of your state from http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/explain-pdls-laws.html .
