Payday Loan Help in MO storefront

Hi, I have 9 storefront payday loans and 2 installment loans in Missouri totaling approx. $5,000. I have been paying these for over a year almost $15,000 and can not pay anymore. They have paper checks from me so if I set my account to deposit only what will happen if they submit the checks or an ACH? Can I be prosecuted criminally? I am going to see a bankruptcy lawyer tomorrow, do bankruptcies stop payday loans that have not been sent to collections yet? I am still current on all the loans, and have already used the EPP at these places within the year. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
