Internet payday lenders share information, especially if they aren't legal/licensed lenders, this may have been what happened to you. Or, they could be using a dba name. I would be willing to bet they aren't even licensed in your state, so I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them, if it were me, I would close that account, it's hard to tell how many other lenders they have given your account information to by now.
By the way, what state are you in?

Hi,
please provide proper information so that we can help you by finding out whether or not the payday loan companies are licensed. If they are not, there are different ways to get rid of them, after all payday loans are not licensed in all the states of the US,it would be an added advantage for you if they are not illegal in your state.

There you go AGAIN giving out inaccurate information!
It is NOT true that "ALL payday loans are not licensed in all the states of the U.S." That is a false statement.

Shazzers,
If I may be so bold - I believe that this is a miscommunication and Ms. Miller is saying "after all(,) payday loans are not licensed in all the states of the US" meaning that payday lenders are licensed in some states but not all states. Just a suggestion - hate to see dissension within the site. Have a great day! :)
