Is this really their address?
650 Naamans Road Suite 300
Claymont, Delaware 19703
I know one company used fake one (Which I have encountered and called them on it)
I want to make sure my letter from the GA reaches them/if anyone in IL has had luck with NationWide cash ESPECIALLY getting a refund.
This company has not threatened me, I only talk to them via email, they refuse to talk to me via email and say I have to call, but I know once I call the threats will come since I will have no 'email physical proof'
Nationwide cash told me yesterday I need to stop emailing them and just call or else they will block my email from their server.
So if anyone has any refund tips please let me know!
I had 3 loans with them, 2 paid off I overpaid by 955.00 and the current loan for 300, I have paid 240.00 and am seeking PIF since I overpaid on others + refund.

That is the one listed at the DE website, I do know they have had several different addresses in the past. That's funny because they told me the same thing, a few years ago, they sent me a desist contact with them via email. lol The other one I have listed for them is:
'customerService@nationwidecash'
Nationwidecash.com
314 North Riverside Drive
Espanola, NM 87532
I would use the DE address if I were you, since they are licensed in DE.

Thanks that is the one I used! I cannot believe they sent you a desist letter! Yoo bad when I sent them 3 they still called me/ withdrew from my bank account!
Did you seek out a refund/get one?

Tell them you are going to file a complaint with the Delaware Office of the State Bank Commissioner to let them know they are extending loans to people on the Internet in states that either prohibit payday loans, or require licensing, and please follow through. Also file complaints against them with the FTC and BBB.
I know a lot of people fail to follow through with complaints to the BBB, mainly because they feel the BBB doesn't help them obtain a PIF or refund. But the purpose of filing complaint with the BBB is to help other people avoid getting into this mess. A lot of people who are not educated on their rights will use the BBB to research a lender, the more complaints that are on record the less the chances are of other people getting involved in this vicious cycle.

I did receive a refund, but it took a lot of pushing and shoving, and a lot of complaints before they would even budge.

I have filed a BBB report, which of course...they did not respond too! I also filed with the FTC and nothing from them either! My last step was with the General Attorney and I am waiting on that..but I am sure nothing will pan from that either.
I am going to send something to the Delaware Office of the State Bank Commissioner today. Thank you for that tip! I am hoping sooner they will budge and or get sick of me emailing them and send me my refund!

being in IL i can say that our AG will answer, and fight for you.it's just that since i filed complaints over 2 years ago.her office has had alot more complaints to deal with.be patient my friend.

I am STILL waiting to hear from IL GA, and Delaware Office of the State Bank Commissione. Thankfully the DE SBC told me they stay on companies until they get an answer. So hopefully they are bugging them.
I have been emailing constantly to them, and they keep blocking my email, so I keep having to come up with a new account every day. Funny thing is, technically I am still a current customer because I have a loan open (300 loan which I have paid 240) and they are blocking my emails!
I think my next step might be filing a small claims court case to get my account PID, and a refund of $955. They have also violated FDCPA Section 805 (c) by calling me 3 times after I sent out a C&D so I am tacting on another 1,000 for that, and them sending me an email saying "they understand my C&D" but still debting my account 2 times 9 days after they sent me that email.
Here is my problem. I have also found out they are run out of Philly, PA. The call center, all the representives, people I have been emailing, are working out of that state. Does anyone know the address for the PA office? Is this why they never respond to my BBB, FTC, IL GA, DE letters?! Do they even get them or is their DE "office" just an empty building? If I am going to take them to small claims I need a correct address.

IMO, if you have sent the revocation/cease&desist letter to them via email there really is no need to contact them via the mail, if you send it certified, they will refuse it anyway.

I filed with the BBB and AG office (NY state) regarding Nationwide too. I havent heard back from anyone either, to include the lender. I am sure it is just a matter of time though. I did technically owe Nationwide another $100 or so and that was my offer, but I didnt get a reply. After a fax I received at work that included personal account info and details for all my co-workers to read, was reported I didnt hear another word from them.

I am not looking to send them another C&D I am looking to send them a summons for court in Small Claims.
So you think they will not even accept it? I really strongly think it is because their address is fake and no one works out of DE, it is PA. Which is why I am seaking their PA address.
Has anyone/anyone you have come across on this forum ever said Nationwide has accepted something certified mail?

You could do a search of this site and see what you come up with, it might be worth pursuing and researching.

For what it's worth, here's a fax number for Nationwidecash I found 866-808-7187, it is a working # as of yesterday. Keep us posted. I just got this email address from them, "payment reminder" customerService@nationwidecash.com

i dealt with nationwide cash over 5 years ago. what an ordeal. i borrowed 400.00 and she kept saying i owed 740.00. i asked for a written explanation and she told me she didnt have to send me anything and would call as much as she wants. this lady harrassed me so bad then when i told my assistant not to put her calls through, she faxed a letter to by boss (wrong move, it is a law firm) saying i dont pay my bills. worte to the atttorney general and cc's my boss (the LAWYER) and the debt was written off. by the way, i had paid this, the money she attempted to collect was ALL FEES.

I live in Illinois and was able to settle with NWC for the principal. The IL agency that oversees PDLs is the Dept of Financial and Professional Regulation, Consumer Credit Division:

Here's the complaint form:

I'm trying to get NWC to stop doing business with IL consumers, they're not licensed and they don't follow the PDL Reform Act. I have the mail address and the name of the IL employee investigating my complaint, I'll add them when I get home.

Okay so the DE Bank Commissioner got through to them and I got a mailed letter from NWC addressing all my complaints, how do I respond to these explenations? I just want it marked paid in full and a refund! I am going to to take them to small claims court if after this response I get no where. It is 2 pages long, but I am only putting in the stuff I need to know how to respond too, AND should I forward this to the person at the General Attorney office that has been working on this?
Oh and if anyone is dealing with Nationwide Cash, PLEASE send in a complaint to the DE Bank Commissioner, they are the ONLY office out of all 4 I have sent complaints too that nationwide responded too.
In response that they are not following IL law:
As a DE liceanced lender, we are required to follow DE law. Indeed DE law requires that we state on our loan agreements that DE applies. Moreover the 7th circuit court of appeals which as jurisdiction over your home state of IL recently held that merely advertising the availability of a service is legal in the providers state to residents of a state where the same service is unlawful, and then entering into transactions with those residents, is an insufficient basis for the consumers state to assume regulatory jurisdiction over the foreign business. Midwest title loans, Inc v. Mills 593 F. 3D 660 (7th Circuit Ind 2010). The reams of pages you attach simply do not apply to this transaction. There are many lic. lenders in IL but you elected to borrow outside of your state.
We do take your complains seriously but you appear to have received a great deal of misinformation and expect us to act in accordance with that misinformation. Unfortunantly we cannot be responsable for false information provided to you by others and cannot acquiesce in your demands.
When talking about how I revoked their rights to debit my ACH account, yet they did it 3 more times:
I presume you are referring to a 'cease and desist' letter which is a tool authorized under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to reguire 3rd party collectors to cease certain types of communication with debtors. nationwide cash is not a 3rd party collector and is not subject to the FDCPA. Notwithstanding that, elsewhere in her complaint you complain that we are blocking communication with you. Please advice which allegation you believe to be correct.
Moreover, debiting of accounts falls under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, which only permits revocation of debit authorization when the debits, schudled events. Since this loan was a single installment loan, not withstanding any later refinances thereof, even an EFTA-based revocation letter, has one been sent, would not revoke the authorization in this instance.
Now I am not understanding because when I sent ACH revokotion to cashnet usa, and payday one BOTH of them replied quickly that they will not debit my account again, but we need to make other payment arraignments. How come those two followed it, but nationwide cash is exempt?
How do I respond to these?!

Do you realize how bogus this is? The BIG RED FLAG is the spelling, which I highlighted. I mean jeez, how unprofessional is that?!!
You can argue with them over and over and they will send you emails with legal jargon that means nothing. File a complaint against them for not complying with the EFTA. Also file a complaint with the FTC. Personally, I wouldn't argue with them, I would tell them to sue me, because I know they can't, and they know it too. Then, I would forget about them and ignore them.

Who should I file the complaint about the EFTA with?
Do you think I should pass this along to the General Attorney office? In the letter I got from them, it said to forward any new evidence/communication with them.
I just want to make sure, were they in the wrong to keep debting me account after I sent the ACH revoke? I am glad the DE

oops didn't finish this, I am glad the DE is on top of them, and if I can find some type of law that ACH transfers should have been stopped I am going to forward that to the DE Bank Commissioner as well.
