On March 29th & 30th, 2010 I sent the PDL letters via e-mail to Ameriloan, OneClickCash, USFastCash & EZPayDayCash. I have not heard a word from EZPayDay but keep getting telephone calls and e-mails from Ameriloan & OneClick Cash--received a couple of phone calls from USFastCash--but Ameriloan & OneClickCash keep bugging me. I borrowed $600 from Ameriloan and have paid back $610; borrowed $350 from OneClickCash and paid back $105; borrowed $550 from USFastCash and paid back $415. I have told OneClickCash & USFastCash that I am more than willing to pay back the principal amounts that I owe if they will send me a mailing address to which I can send them a money order. They refuse and say that I owe all the fees, etc. Ameriloan is saying that I owe them $800 now! What can I do next to stop the calls (I am going to have the phone numbers blocked) and not have these reported on my credit report? I am very upset that they will damage my credit report even further...not that it's that good now but I'm trying to make it better! Please help!

You can't really stop them from calling, all you can do is NOT talk to them on the phone, the more you argue with them, the more they will call. As far as your credit report, if they do report something on your credit report there's an easy remedy, just dispute it on the grounds they are illegal lenders.

Just email them and tell them, no address means no payments, and leave it at that. as I said before, there is no reason at all to argue with them, all they will do is threaten and harass you more. Ignore them. If they are calling your home, change the number.

As I understand it, Ameriloan and United Cash Loans are connected with our good buddies at MNE/MTE, which have an address on Indian tribal lands. I'm still getting calls from United Cash Loans but when they call, if I see the phone # and recognize it, I don't answer and if I answer by mistake and hear their lovely voices (live or recorded), I just hang up. As Shazzers says, don't bother trying to argue with them.
