Letters to PDL Lenders??

Can someone please look at this letter I'm intending to send to my PDL lenders and let me know if it should fly??
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is a request that you shouldn???t contact me at my place of employment in order to attempt to collect the debt owed to VIP PDL Services. I have provided a phone number, email address, and mailing address if you need to contact me. I am not allowed to take personal calls at work and the payroll/human resources department will not accept calls from companies attempting to collect debts from their employees.
I will make payments via money order as stated in the letter sent for the Request for alternative payment plan.
I hereby request that no contact to my employer be made as this could negatively impact my employment resulting in an inability to repay any of the debt I may owe.
Please note, I have reviewed NC State Laws and do not believe that VIP PDL Services is licensed to loan in my state, therefore, if we cannot work together to resolve this I will be forced to turn to my state Attorney General to enforce state laws that could prevent any collections to be made by your company.

I would just change "I will make payments via money order as stated in the letter sent for the Request for alternative payment plan" to I will make payments via money order as stated in the letter sent with the Request for alternative payment plan." and sign it at the bottom before you send it via fax or certified mail.
