Missouri payday loan - paydaymax

I have an outstanding loan with Pay Day Max and their address is in White Rock, Bc. The original loan was $1000 and now they are trying to charge me $1700. I am in Missouri. Do I have any options available on repayment? Apparently they are licensed in Colorado because the sent a letter stating the Colorado Fair Debt collection practices.
Anyone have any suggestions?

They are licensed to lend in your state, doesn't matter where they are located or where they are licensed, they MUST be licensed in YOUR state.
