i have this payday loan that i apply for in January i had to close account due to fraud i notified company not to ach my account any longer it has been closed they have since told me i need to pay 400.00 i told them i had calculated what i paid them at it was at least 1300.00 plus over the 390.00 i originally borrowed can the garnish my employment
