Payday loan question

I got a phone call yesterday from a man with a thick mid eastern accent saying he wanted my lawyers info because I was being sued for a payday loan. He would forward the info to my lawyer and than I was due in court two days following. Don't have a lawyer now he wants to set up payment plans for $645.00 and won't fax or email any info to me.
