I didnt realize that I did business with a PDL that was based in Costa Rica until I defaulted with them. What should I do? Can they report on my credit report?

What state are you in? Even if they do report it to CRA's, you have a good argument as to why it should be deleted, depending upon what state you are in, and if and where this lender is licensed.

sorry, but an unlicensed pdl cannot legally report on your CR.OVLG attorney please do not give this info out as any place not located i the US must have a license.internet pdl's do not.therefore reporting on a CR is illegal.
