First Bank of Delaware Installment Loan

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if anyone could point me in the right direction? I'm trying to find out if First Bank of Delaware is licensed to lend in my state? And if so, what lending laws they have to follow? I ask because I have an installment loan with them and now due to extenuating family circumstances I am unable to make payments for a few months.

A couple of links regarding 'small loans', however, I am not certain that FBD is considered a 'small loan', perhaps someone else can clarify, or, you can call the N.H. Consumer Credit Division at 603-271-3561
