Do you remembered how much you borrowed and when? All you owe is the principal amount borrowed nothing else if they are not licensed. What state are you in?

Not a whole heck of a lot they can do to you--as I really don't think they are going to fork out the cash to fly across the pond for a PDL. In order for us to help you however, we would need to know what state you are living in. They can, however, annoy you to death via phone and text. In this case, do what I did to get Cash Today (another British PDL) off my back when they were calling me 24/7: file a police report for harassment and tell them about it, the next time they call.
