Is Responsibleloan.com licensed?

I am in Pennsylvania, I am trying to figure out if responsibleloan.com is licensed in an of the states, as I hear if they are licensed in any state they can lend in PA, is this correct and are they licensed. I want to repay the $250 loan i took, but do not want to give bank details as I have had unauthorized debits in the past.

responsibleloan is not licensed in PA,and for about a year and a half the loophloe you speak of is gone,so all pdl's are prohibited in PA.how long have you had this loan,and how much if anything was debited until now?
