anway, Hi Bente, well First of all, are they storefront or online? if they are online, start searching for licences, you can find links through out the Forum for your state and if they are unlicensed, then you can find information about dealing with unlicensed lenders in your state, usually zhazzers has good info on that. You don't want to close your accunt or you can't close your account? it may the only option for you to do in order to startpaying those loans off. If they'de debiting your account bi-weekly, then send ACH revokation letters before you do that and wait for their answer, you can also find templates through out the Forum for revokation letters. Then you call and ask for payment plans that FIT your budget but don't exceed yourself because your bills come first remember, if you can't pay your bills, you'll get frustrated and ask for more loans, so you don't want to do that.
