it means your account is collections with them.they will fight you tooth and nail.this is just another move by them.send anything you were sending to the regular e-mail address to that one.just another step in your fight with them.

You will probably receive an email from a supposed collection agency, if you do, reply to them that unless they send you a letter of collection via the mail, you can't and won't negotiate ANYthing via email. Also, read the link below which will explain how to deal with collection agencies and your rights as a debtor. You may need to use more ammunition to get your PIF, the same as the PM with the payday loan company who set you a refund.

do not feel scared.just know that everything they do from here on will be illegal, and total BS.be prepared to file AG and FTC complaints.in fact if you haven't do so.no MTE d/b/a plays by the rules at all.you do have alot of ammo, but being they are illegal, and arrogant they are not gonna give you a PIF without a fight.they are part of the biggest pdl slime group of lenders out there.bottom line they are pissed because you discovered they are not legal before they could get another 480.00 out of you,and know everything they,or one of their bottomfeeders tries to say or email will be bullsh*t.we will be here to help further.keep us posted please.

Don't despair. Understand that you aren't dealing with a typical loan company, these people are nothing more than criminals. Expect the unexpected, but remember, there isn't anything legally they can do to you. While they may threaten you with a lot of things, it doesn't mean you should hold them to their word. I am only trying to provide you with information, if they should actually turn you over to a collection agency. The chances are slim to none any collection agency they use will be legit, and in fact, they are known to use their own employees to disguise themselves as being a representative of a collection agency.

Ok so today I get a call from their recovery department trying to make arrangements. The woman was actually very nice however I told her no deal. She stated that they were on an Indian reservation and that Federal law prevails not my state law. She asked me why I havent had a lawyer contact them and I told them I am in the process I asked for their lawyer info and she told me it would be emailed to me. So what is the deal with this Indian reservation stuff????? What does that mean????

Shazzers, so basically is this their in house collections? And are they basically saying that if I dont respond it will be sent out to an outside collector? Or is it them that will start to harrass me? They have called about 4 times this week but noone was ignorant I just said I declined the offer and they hung up. Also do you know who does their collections so I could prepare myself??? I dont undertsand illegal PDL's, really dont they get it. Once we become informed we will fight til the end. They have gotten the principle paid back, you would think they would just slither away because the more frustrated I get the more I want to slander their names! The PDL's that quickly offered PDL's and settlements, those I can just leave behind. But these guys who insist that you still owe, drive me nuts!!

It's been over 3 years since I dealt with my payday loan problem and I am still receiving offers, however, they all go into the spam folder. lol

No, they don't get it and never will because they are nothing more than criminals. As far as sending it to collections, it's very hard to know or even guess who may call you claiming to be a collection agency but I can promise you this, whoever it is, they will have a very intimidating company name and will most likely be non existent.
